How To Look and Feel Better

Looking and feeling great is something that many people
believe is a luxury that is afforded to few. This isn't
true. The fact is that looking and feeling great doesn't
come all by itself. Those people who look and feel great
are that way because they made it happen. At the same time,
it doesn't take much to look and feel great.

If you really want to look and feel great, stop and take
stock. If you have any unhealthy habits, such as smoking or
drinking alcoholic beverages, you should stop right away.
You should also eliminate as much stress from your life as
possible, and make sure that you are getting at least eight
hours of rest each night.

If you are a night owl, you should be aware that studies
have shown that people who work at night, and sleep during
the day don't live as long as people who work during the
day and sleep at night. If possible, do your sleeping at
night, and stay up during the day. While sunlight can be
harmful, we all need some sunshine in our lives. Sunshine
causes the brain to produce serotonin, which has an impact
on our moods and energy levels.

Next, detoxify your body to get rid of all of the harmful
and dangerous toxins in your body. Life Force International
has many products that are designed to cleanse the colon
and detoxify the body that you should strongly consider. By
detoxifying, you will be laying the foundation for looking
and feeling great.

Take a look at what you put into your body. Make some
lifestyle changes. Drink more water, and less sodas and
caffeinated beverages. Make sure you are drinking eight to
ten glasses of water daily. Avoid fried foods and all types
of junk food. Eat baked, broiled, or steamed meats and
vegetables, as well as fruits, nuts, and grains.

Also, make sure that you aren't allowing your body to go
into starvation mode during the day. You may need to eat
six smaller meals each day, instead of the customary three
meals. During the day, if you are hungry you should eat -
just choose the right foods and snacks! Your body already
goes into starvation mode each night, since you are
literally fasting for twelve to thirteen hours or more
between your evening meal and breakfast the following
morning.

Start an exercise regimen. This doesn't mean that you have
to go to a dreaded aerobics class or jog five miles a day.
A brisk thirty minute walk each evening will do - as long
as you are getting at least thirty minutes of continuous
movement each and every day, you will be fine. Don't count
time spent at work, on your feet, as movement. While it may
count in terms of keeping your body in shape, a thirty
minute exercise period each day is healthy for the body and
the mind - it relieves stress and releases endorphins that
make you feel happy and well.

Finally, you should use a good nutritional supplement, as
well as a multi vitamin.

When you make these changes, it won't take long before you
start seeing and feeling great results. Not only will you
look better and feel better, but you will find that you
sleep better, and that you also have a more positive
outlook on life.
